Responsibilities Maintain consistent interaction with non-marketing staff throughout the company as directed to effectively support and implement marketing strategy Collaborate within the marketing department to improve and unify marketing processes and procedures Collaborate with other marketing departments on special projects Promote branding best practices Assist managers and senior department members with tracking trends and monitoring marketing metrics Participate in professional development activities such as continuing education, seminars, classes, and/or professional organizations Perform additional administrative tasks and/or special projects, as needed Build ECS brand across all communication channels Collaborate to communicate and promote company culture, employee engagement, and philanthropy Design content for audiences including press releases, blog posts, social media, eblasts, and website verbiage Develop, design, and direct content for internal communication and initiatives Enforce consistent communication Qualifications BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field 4 years of sales or marketing experience required; experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferred About Us ECS is currently ranked #66 in Engineering News-Record’s Top 500 Design Firms (April 2025), #144 in Engineering News-Record’s Top 200 Environmental Firms (October 2024) and #50 in Zweig Group’s Hot Firm List (June 2025).
