Overview The team is seeking a highly skilled motion designer to elevate the visual output of strategic projects. This role is pivotal in crafting animated product and marketing visuals, primarily for internal presentations and concept decks. The designer will also help visualize future experiences and may collaborate with external creative vendors. Base pay range $100.00/yr - $120.00/yr Key Responsibilities Design and animate product concepts for mobile and desktop platforms Create compelling motion visuals for internal decks and presentations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic ideas into visual narratives Potentially direct external motion agencies on creative execution Contribute to fast-paced, iterative design workflows Required Skills & Experience 5–7+ years of experience in motion design, UX, or product design Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Figma (including prototyping) Strong portfolio showcasing motion design work (product-focused preferred) Experience in agency or startup environments with fast iteration cycles Ability to work independently and solve ambiguous design problems Excellent communication and storytelling skills Familiarity with innovation teams or emerging tech experiences is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Design Industries Technology, Information and Media and Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
