• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter of the location to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working conditions and environments may vary depending on the site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Collaborate with fellow Allied Universal personnel and client staff to maintain a secure environment in a tech and media-focused setting.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience providing customer service is preferred.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
