As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a leading tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you conduct routine patrols and engage with visitors and staff. Sat06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM **What You'll Do:**

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any unusual conditions.
• Monitor for and report any suspicious behavior, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry points as required by site procedures.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports related to incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management, local law enforcement, and/or emergency services as necessary.
• Remain alert and observant to changing conditions within the location, adjusting patrol routes or reporting concerns as needed.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
