Pansophic is seeking a performance-driven visual leader to produce and guide creative to directly impact engagement and conversion. The successful candidate is a working manager who is equally at home designing in Figma or Adobe as reviewing analytics, exploring the possibilities in AI platform integration into workflows, iterating variants, and coaching team members to raise their game.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-converting assets across paid social, display, email, landing pages, organic social, and internal branding to tie back to key goals and initiatives
Partner with copywriters and content strategists to align visual hierarchy with messaging and intent.
Collaborate with directors to ensure cohesive UX, copy, and visual experience.
Build and maintain scalable asset systems: templates, file naming, version control, and delivery processes.
Reduce creative bottlenecks through pre-built variants, responsive design systems, and ready-to-deploy visuals.
Collaborate with analytics, paid media, and CRO teams to evaluate performance by asset and campaign.
Review performance data and own the visual component of A/B testing across paid and owned media.
Translate insights into action: new design variants, structural shifts, or testing new visual strategies.
Track and report on how design contributes to CPS reduction, CTR increases, and conversion lifts.
Participate in campaign planning, feedback sessions, and project scoping to ensure design is proactive, not reactive.
Develop junior designers and freelancers to deliver high-impact, fast-turnaround work.
Build strong working relationships with project managers, enrollment leads, and school support teams.
Stay up to date on emerging AI tools for creative ideation, layout automation, variant generation, and visual enhancement.
Pilot and document use cases for tools that streamline design output, improve visual impact, reduce turnaround time, increase productivity, and/or elevate creative quality.

About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field.
3–5+ years of progressive design experience, including leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
Experience in marketing, advertising, or performance-driven design environments preferred.
Proven success creating high-performing assets across digital, paid, and owned channels.
Strong command of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
Experience with project management and productive tools such as Airtable, Asana, Slack, GSuite
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, CRO principles, and digital ad specs (Meta, Google, YouTube).
Demonstrated ability to translate performance data into creative iteration.
Comfort piloting new design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI) and integrating AI-driven workflows
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally
Within reasonable commuting distance to Tysons Corner, VA or Phoenix, AZ
Compensation and Benefits
The annual starting salary for this position is between $95,000 – $110,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This is a bonus eligible position.
