Overview:

We’re hiring a skilled marketing professional to manage paid ad campaigns and lead research efforts across multiple brands. This mid-level role combines hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics with the ability to gather market insights and support brand strategy. Ideal candidates are creative, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) for multiple brands.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with content specialists and designers to ensure ad creatives align with brand voice and goals.
• Stay current on platform updates and emerging ad trends.

Research Coordination

• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform campaign strategy and brand positioning.
• Compile and present research findings to internal stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights for product launches and brand initiatives.
• Maintain organized documentation of research sources and outcomes.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree and/or 2–4 years of experience managing digital paid ad campaigns
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon PPC
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with campaign reporting tools
• Experience managing multiple campaigns across different brands or products
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
