• Dive into data to spot opportunities and optimize every campaign.
• Work closely with Marketing, Paid Media, Product, and Ops to launch products and drive growth.

What You Bring:

• 35 years in social commerce, e?commerce, or influencer marketing (beauty/CPG preferred).
• TikTok Shop or social commerce experience.
• A knack for viral content, TikTok trends, and creator ecosystems.
• Analytical chops + love for making data actionable.
• Passion for cruelty?free, vegan beauty, and making makeup fun for all.
