Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead
Houston, TX | Full-time | Property Marketing & Brand Creative About the Role
Partners is seeking a deeply creative, innovative, and highly communicative Senior Graphic Designer & Creative Lead to shape and elevate the visual identity of our Property Marketing business, while also supporting companywide and corporate brand initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, your input, ideas, and vision will be integral to shaping digital and print campaigns, property collateral, and brand storytelling that resonate throughout the commercial real estate markets we serve. This is not a traditional production design role though production work is part of the mix, it’s a true creative partnership opportunity. What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute custom graphic design projects, including presentations, pitch decks, and template creation. Produce high-end marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, proposals, and digital/print ads. Create video and motion content (short videos, GIFs, animations) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and email campaigns. Design and layout monthly and quarterly research reports for local offices. Collaborate closely with Marketing Coordinators, Account Managers, and leadership to support firmwide initiatives. Uphold and evolve brand guidelines while developing new, customized design concepts that push creative boundaries. Manage company e-blasts and marketing automation campaigns, ensuring timely and visually compelling delivery. Coordinate with internal and external print vendors for production of “grab-and-go” materials. Assist with additional projects as requested by the Executive Vice President of Marketing. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5 years of high-end graphic design experience, ideally within commercial real estate. If not CRE, experience in a fast-paced corporate or business environment is preferred. Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign (critical), plus strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Canva, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia, or similar). Familiarity with Salesforce/Pardot or other marketing automation systems and WordPress publishing. Strong ability to design within established brand standards while contributing original, strategic creative ideas. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Ability to take ownership of assignments, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and commitment to quality.
