Oracle Global Community Manager

Join our team and help shape the future of our global alliances. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms. Drive global community engagement strategies, including town halls, newsletters and win story dissemination to promote Oracle partnership. Maintain the internal enablement portal, housing Oracle-related content, case studies and training updates. Manage the Oracle Engagement Tracker tool to monitor wins, certifications and engagement metrics. Collaborate with Oracle Education Team to define training goals, promote certification pathways and track completions. Act as an internal advocate for Oracle solutions, supporting marketing and communication efforts to build awareness. Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMGs respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience in alliance management or a related field. Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or relevant years work experience in Oracle alliance management. Proven experience in alliance management with strong program management and communication skills. Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams and enablement platforms; familiarity with Oracle Partner Network tools is a plus. Ability to work across global time zones and collaborate with diverse teams; self?starter with excellent problem?solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits
California Salary Range: $101,200 $215,100. KPMG offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a robust suite of personal well?being benefits. Standard work hours and years of service determine personal time off per fiscal year. Eligible employees receive two paid break days each year, one at year end and one around the July 4th holiday.
