We’re building a best-in-class performance marketing engine - and we’re hiring a Principal Marketing Analyst to help make it happen. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, this role will be instrumental in shaping our data-driven marketing strategies, measuring performance, and unlocking insights to fuel customer acquisition and retention across 200 countries. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Finance teams to support decision-making and optimize ROI across channels. Your work will directly impact how we reach and serve millions of users worldwide. What You Will Do

Lead analytics for omni-channel marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, , SEO, CRM, offline, etc.) to optimize spend, targeting, and messaging Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that drive visibility and accountability across marketing initiatives. Foster a culture of experimentation - providing statistical rigor, accelerating feedback loops, and pushing the adoption of data-driven innovation Uncover new ways of understanding our data - finding new ways to leverage our existing tools and datasets to provide insights that drive Marketing and the broader business forward. Develop customer segmentation, LTV modeling, and attribution strategies to improve targeting and personalization. Own the relationship with key stakeholders to help all Marketing teams integrate data-driven strategic thinking into every decision. Partner across the business - from Product, Pricing, Analytics, Finance, CRM, and Regional Marketing - to align on insights that drive growth strategies, audience segmentation, and full-funnel performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from internal and external sources (e.g., CRM, web analytics, media platforms). Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the business Mentor junior analysts and help define best practices in marketing analytics What We Are Looking For

8 years of experience in analytics with a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years with a Master’s degree, or 2 years with a PhD – preferably in a fintech or B2C tech environment Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and relational databases Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and customer acquisition / retention metrics Experience with experimentation and statistical analysis (A / B testing, advanced regression, other methods), preferably in a marketing, research, or evaluation setting Experience with Python or R for data analysis Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong understanding of how cultural and economic factors shape consumer behavior Proficiency in a language other than English is a plus Location
