Responsibilities
Drive lead generation from prospective practices by leveraging relationships with external and internal partners
Develop and manage comprehensive partnership plans for assigned partners
Oversee execution of marketing tactics aligned with partnership strategies, including events and communications
Maintain and track partnership-related activities, including CRM data and contracts
Conduct market research to evaluate potential partners and analyze partnership performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in partner-based marketing, strategic partnership management, sales, or related fields
Experience cultivating partnerships with not-for-profit medical associations
Flexibility to travel 2-4 days per month for retreats or conferences
Proven ability to multitask and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Suite, and Salesforce
Experience in EHR partner-based marketing roles
Knowledge of Value-Based Care and primary care physician networks
Resourcefulness and ability to work independently with attention to detail
Experience in tradeshow and conference management
