Senior Graphic Designer Hours: Monday-Friday Location: Wilmington, DE or London, UK Hybrid CSC® is seeking a talented and versatile
Senior Graphic Designer
to join our in-house creative team. We’re looking for a creative professional with strong design sensibilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. In this role, the majority of your time will be devoted to designing
presentations and proposals —including sales decks, RFPs, demos, and strategic communications—across formats such as PowerPoint, Word, and PDF. You’ll also spend part of your time supporting a variety of other design projects to assist the wider creative team and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines a dynamic artistic vision with technical proficiency and a deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across CSC’s diverse business lines to produce materials that communicate persuasively and consistently with our brand. This is a
full-time, remote position. Responsibilities
Design high-impact, editable presentations and proposals
(PowerPoint, Word, and PDF) for sales pitches, RFPs, events, and executive communications that elevate CSC’s brand and help drive business growth.
Collaborate with marketing managers, sales teams, and business leaders
to translate strategy and messaging into visually engaging, persuasive materials.
Develop supporting marketing collateral —including brochures, sales sheets, insight reports, and newsletters—to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
Support broader creative initiatives
such as social media graphics, digital templates, landing pages, and internal communications when needed.
Maintain brand integrity
across all materials through consistent application of typography, color, and layout standards while ensuring accessibility and quality.
Manage projects from concept through production , balancing creativity with efficiency to meet deadlines and business objectives.
Collaborate with teammates and vendors
to ensure accurate production, adherence to budget, and high-quality final deliverables.
Organize and maintain design assets
including templates, digital files, and project archives for future use.
Qualifications
Approximately
8 years of professional design experience , with a strong portfolio showcasing presentation design and visual storytelling.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with a focus on building editable, on-brand presentation templates and proposals.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud , including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat, across both Windows and Mac environments.
Deep understanding of
layout, typography, and visual hierarchy —from concept through production.
Proven ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously
and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Experience working collaboratively within
corporate or agency creative teams
alongside writers, marketers, and other designers.
Working knowledge of
HTML/CSS best practices ,
ADA compliance , and
accessible design principles .
Familiarity with
responsive design
and adapting creative across platforms.
Experience with
video, motion graphics, or audio editing
(Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition) is a plus.
