As a
UX/UI Designer
you will be responsible for designing high-quality user interfaces and assets using Figma for our web, mobile, and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent in Figma, has a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and UX/UI principles, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Create high-fidelity Figma designs for web and mobile experiences Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to bring ideas to life Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries in Figma Translate product requirements into visually engaging and user-friendly mockups Iterate on feedback quickly and effectively Ensure consistency of design across all touchpoints Export and prep assets for developers as needed Qualifications
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design or visual design (Figma-heavy workflows) Expert proficiency in Figma (component libraries, auto layout, prototyping, etc.) A strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projects Deep understanding of design fundamentals—typography, color, spacing, hierarchy Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once Location
This position is onsite at our Boston HQ located next to South Station.
