Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Define and lead Paradromics' overall design strategy, ensuring cohesion across product interfaces, visual identity, and communications.
- Brand Experience: Evolve the Paradromics brand to communicate innovation, empathy, and trust across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Product Design: Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and neuroscience teams to design intuitive, human-centered interfaces for complex neurotechnology systems.
- Design Systems: Establish scalable design frameworks and visual standards that ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a growing design team fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, communications, and product development to ensure design is strategically aligned with business goals and scientific integrity.
- Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and storytelling techniques that elevate user engagement and brand differentiation.
- Executive Communication: Present design strategies and creative concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in design roles, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership position.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in product, digital, and brand design.
- Proven experience leading creative teams within technology, healthcare, or innovative product environments.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical or scientific concepts into clear, visually engaging narratives.
- Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience designing within regulated or healthcare-related industries.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design standards.
- Knowledge of UX research methods and user testing frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with scientific or technical teams on complex systems.
