This role brings a sophisticated design sensibility and experience to the team, ensuring that all visual materials reflect the company’s brand standards and strategic goals. Working in close collaboration with the team, the designer transforms ideas into compelling visuals that support storytelling, campaigns, and internal initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, sophisticated, impactful marketing campaigns Own day‑to‑day design execution across digital, print, and presentation formats Manage multiple projects with precision, meeting deadlines, and adapting to feedback with ease Translate complex marketing objectives into compelling visual experiences across print, digital, and experiential platforms Create design templates that enable consistent brand expression at a local level Drive the evolution of brand aesthetics and visual systems in collaboration with the marketing leaders Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and flexibility across the organization Support multimedia efforts as needed Manage external agencies and vendors Create and conduct trainings to company employees as needed 10‑20% travel required Other duties as assigned Conduct actions in a professional and unbiased manner Complies with all company and site policies and best practice standards Continuously develops proficiency and understanding in the role Maintains a professional appearance and workspace Participates in and complies with all company safety and quality programs and procedures Utilizes relevant Cerris technology to support all assigned responsibilities Qualifications Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience designing for digital platforms, print, and presentations Proficient in Microsoft Office products A sophisticated design sensibility and attention to detail Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Organizational skills Listening skills Ability to adapt to change Ability to be proactive and resourceful Education A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communications or equivalent experience Experience 5‑7 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio of in‑house design work A/E/C experience preferred Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds May require periods of overnight travel Normal office environment Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Bending, Reaching above Shoulder Cerris and our group of companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer‑EEO/AA/M/F/D/V/VEVRAA Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries: Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Cerris by 2x Get notified about new Senior Graphic Designer jobs in Overland Park, KS .
