Interior Designer – Full‑Time (In‑Studio) We are seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer to join our studio and support all phases of the design process from concept through installation. This is a collaborative role within a fast‑paced, architecturally driven design firm serving discerning residential clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, dependable, accountable, and committed to excellence in both communication and execution. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed furniture plans and interior elevations Execute custom furniture and millwork drawings with precision Pick up redlines from principal and senior designers accurately and efficiently Contribute to kitchen and bath design layouts and specifications Source and procure furniture, fabrics, finishes, and architectural materials Confirm pricing, availability, and lead times with vendors Create and maintain budgets, schedules, and specification documents Manage purchasing, expediting, and project logistics Maintain organized project binders and digital files with meticulous attention to detail Gather inspiration imagery for project concepts and the studio library Develop mood boards and client presentations that reflect project vision Support in generating design concepts, palettes, and storytelling elements Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats Collaborate with team members and support junior designers as needed Maintain and nurture vendor relationships Assist in furniture installations and on‑site coordination Required Qualifications Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture Minimum 4 years of professional interior design experience, excluding internships or academic work Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is required Experience with Studio Designer is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of custom furniture, cabinetry, and architectural detailing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Highly accountable, dependable, and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through Ability to manage multiple projects and oversee other designers when needed Knowledge of local showrooms, vendors, and trade resources Must be a U.S. resident with a valid driver’s license and car Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience (USD 72,000–92,000) Paid vacation and sick time provided Access to healthcare benefits In‑person studio position (not remote) If you are a motivated designer with a passion for refined interiors, architectural detail, and collaborative excellence, and you bring accountability and precision to everything you touch, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
