Position Overview

We are looking fora talented andmotivated Web Illustrator & Animation Designer to bring our brand andproduct messaging to life across digital andprint platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with the design team to conceptualize, illustrate, andanimate creative assets thatsupport Floori’s mission andmarket growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborative Design: Work with the design team to develop project concepts andvisual strategies.
• Versatile Content Creation: Produce product illustrations, social media assets, logos, andother visuals forboth print anddigital media.
• Animation & Motion Design: Create compelling animations andmotion graphics thatclearly communicate complex product features.
• Design Optimization: Offer insights ondesign best practices andimprovements across various projects.
• Software Proficiency: Use tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, andPremiere Pro to deliver high-quality creative output.

What We’re Looking For

• Mindset: Humble, proactive, andeager to learn andgrow.
• Background: Degree inGraphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, orDigital Marketing.
• Skills: Proficient indesign software such asFigma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, andothers.
• Communication: Strong verbal andwritten English communication skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems like HubSpot, andanimation platforms is a plus.
