Overview Abercrombie & Fitch - Brand Representative, Fashion Valley Location: San Diego, CA (Fashion Valley) This role is a part-time Brand Representative focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store presentation to support sales and customer experience. What You’ll Do Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, initiating conversations, and connecting with customers in a genuine and articulate way so the customer is the first priority. Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to translate into closing sales. Maintain store presentation and sales floor standards. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Support asset protection and shrink control. Follow policies and procedures and participate in training and development as needed.
