What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and manage omni-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines.
  • Make real-time tactical decisions based on lead volume, cost per lead, and technician capacity to run calls.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to understand business needs and adjust marketing strategies to support high-priority services and goals.
  • Maintain and execute a comprehensive local marketing calendar aligned with seasonal demand and market opportunities.

Lead Generation & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Monitor daily and weekly lead flow by service line to ensure campaign alignment with call center and field capacity.
  • Drive demand through Google PPC, Google Local Services Ads (GLSA), paid social, SEO, direct mail, radio, TV, OTT, print, and signage.
  • Leverage lifecycle marketing tools to increase membership enrollments, re-engage past customers, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Adjust marketing efforts dynamically to generate the right types of leads based on staffing levels, weather, and market conditions.

Omni-Channel Campaign Execution

  • Lead the planning, creative development, and execution of integrated campaigns across all major channels.
  • Manage content production, working with designers, writers, vendors, or agency partners to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and tracked for effectiveness across each channel and service line.

Budgeting & Performance Management

  • Lead the annual marketing planning and budgeting process for [Partner Location Name].
  • Allocate budgets across campaigns and channels to optimize return on investment.
  • Track KPIs including lead volume, cost per lead, booking rate, and ROAS.
  • Regularly report on marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the call center, service managers, and sales leadership to ensure marketing aligns with business needs.
  • Communicate with leadership to keep stakeholders informed of marketing activity, campaign results, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Lead weekly and monthly marketing updates with internal teams to foster alignment and accountability.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 3–5+ years of hands-on marketing experience with measurable success.
  • Strategic & Tactical: Capable of building a big-picture plan and executing all the details.
  • Analytical: You understand the importance of data and use it to make smart decisions.
  • Collaborative: Strong communicator who builds strong relationships across teams.
  • Organized: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, vendors, and timelines simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated success overseeing omni-channel campaigns across:
  • Google PPC and Local Services Ads (GLSA)
  • Paid social (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
  • SEO strategy and local optimization
  • Direct mail, radio, TV, OTT (streaming), print, and outdoor signage
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management: planning, creative development, implementation, and optimization
  • Skilled in coordinating content creation and managing internal or external creative teams
  • Proficient in using analytics tools and dashboards to measure marketing performance
