Qualifications

• You’re based in Los Angeles, CA and available on-site full-time
• You have 4+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• You have demonstrated success in growing channels and driving engagement
• You’re familiar with short-form video formats and platform best practices
• You understand monetization programs (YouTube Partner Program, Facebook Content Monetization, TikTok Bonus Program)
• You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment
• You have extensive knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, IG Studio, TikTok Creator Studio
• Experience with editing software like CapCut or Final Cut Pro is preferred
• You’re curious about emerging digital tools, including AI-driven solutions

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging social content across major platforms
• Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Collaborate with branded content and production teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics
• Support performance tracking and insights reporting
• Actively drive monetization activities through YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
• Partner with talent to support personal social strategy and content creation
• Uphold core values of heartfelt content, relentless excellence, and integrity
