Associate Photographer – Spokane, WA Overview CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. Responsibilities Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing high‑quality 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans. Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments, using advanced photography techniques. Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, researchers, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks. While not on a residential assignment, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed. Adhere to CoStar safety standards while safeguarding company vehicle and equipment. Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day; lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements for operating camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying. Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons. Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience in real‑estate photography. Professional photographer background or a degree in photography. Drone photography experience with a FAA Part 107 license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer. Strong time‑management and detail‑oriented skills. Ability to capture and enter data accurately. Excellent oral and written communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications. Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment. Field experience preferred. Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record prior to start. Compensation Hourly rate with monthly performance‑based bonuses.
