Responsibilities Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing beautiful 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans. Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, utilizing photography techniques to capture the spaces in the most pleasing way possible. Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to strategically evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks. While not working on a residential home, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage; identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed. Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment, and represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience in real estate or photography. Proficiency in real‑estate photography, including experience with Matterport Pro3 cameras, digital cameras, and iPads. Experience as a professional photographer or a recent degree in photography. FAA Part 107 Drone Photographer license, obtained within 30 days of offer. Strong time‑management skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills. Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day. Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying. Ability to work and drive outside in all seasons; ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule. Compensation This is an hourly role with bonus‑eligible pay. The base rate is $50,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses based on performance metrics.
