As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping this transformation, turning strategy into thoughtful, conversion-driven design. This is an opportunity to create digital experiences that not only look great but work beautifully—balancing brand storytelling with usability and performance.

This role requires experience with Contentful CMS and the ability to design within modular, component-based systems.

What Youll Do

  • Lead UX and UI design for website pages, landing pages, and marketing campaign experiences.
  • Translate business objectives into intuitive, user-friendly digital designs.
  • Design within Contentful CMS, ensuring modular scalability and consistency.
  • Partner with developers to ensure responsive, high-performance implementation.
  • Conduct user research and apply data-driven insights to improve UX and conversion.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, templates, and UI pattern libraries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, and brand.
  • Continuously test and iterate for accessibility, usability, and performance.

Who You Are

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications: UX/UI (e.g., NN/g, GA, IDEO U), Accessibility (e.g., IAAP CPACC), Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience: 5-8 years in UX/UI with strong web focus; background in SaaS or B2B digital marketing preferred.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrates responsive web design, UX flows, and strong visual craft.

Skills & Tools

  • Design: Figma (primary), Sketch, Adobe CC.
  • Prototyping/Testing: Figma, InVision, Maze, UserTesting.
  • CMS: Advanced Contentful or other headless CMS.
  • Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro.
  • Standards: WCAG, responsive design best practices.
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS basics, CRO/analytics (GA4, Hotjar, Optimizely), SEO, marketing automation.

Additional Strengths

  • Experience designing in component-based CMS environments.
  • Strong grasp of accessibility, performance, and conversion.
  • Skilled in A/B testing and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.

Pay Transparency - The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by experience, education, and work location. The following pay range is provided for Full Time Employees: $102,800 — $128,500 USD.
