Role
Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Waukesha, WI (Onsite)
Duration: 11 Months
Must have experience:
- Hardware-integrated UX experience, ideally in regulated environments (medical devices, imaging systems, etc.).
- Familiarity with Formative/Summative testing, User FMEA, and Known Use Error Reports.
- Strong Figma interface development within a structured design system.
- Direct experience in regulated hardware systems, and only those who have worked on user interfaces for physical products rather than purely digital apps.
Responsibilities
- UX design for software user interface
- Write user requirements
- Create workflows
- Lead design reviews
- Request and incorporate input from internal and external clinical teams
Qualifications
- Experience within a Design System
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Collaboration and communication with cross functional global team
- Desired previous experience with ETHOS Design System
- Desired previous experience working in Medical Imaging, CT
