Overview

An employer in the insurance industry is looking for a UX Designer to join the fully-remote team. This person will be a part of the Agile Delivery & Product team. They will focus on shaping user experiences across multiple web-based products and some mobile components. They will play a critical part in delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible designs while ensuring consistency across external platforms and internal components. This role involves collaborating closely with architects and product managers, contributing to new platform development and restructuring existing ones, and maintaining a strong design perspective aligned with business goals. They will review and refine designs to enhance usability, apply best practices to deliver cohesive experiences, and help create solutions that meet both user needs and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience as a UX Designer
  • Strong expertise in creating intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible designs.
  • Must be able to show examples of work in a portfolio or otherwise.
  • Proven ability to deliver design consistency across multiple products/projects.
  • Experience working in Agile development teams. B2C experience.
  • Background in insurance or related industries.
