Responsibilities
- Providing leadership in consumer and sensory understanding to cross functional partners to ensure consumer-centricity is embedded in strategic business decisions
- Partnering with R&I, Market Research and Cross-functional team members to propose and manage research, as well as share research insights supporting the launch of innovations, renovations, and cost-savings initiatives
- Guiding cross-functional team by bringing clear recommendations to drive decisions through ambiguity
- Proposing and managing execution of strategic category research to help build innovation pipelines and re-vamp existing products to meet emerging consumer needs
About You
QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, Market Research or closely related field with experience in sensory and consumer testing
- 5-8 years of industry experience in Consumer Research and/or Sensory Evaluation, experience working within a Client and/or with dairy products preferred
- Advanced understanding of consumer and sensory methodologies inclusive of qualitative and quantitative techniques, with the ability to critically analyze and extract data for business insights
- Comfortable working as a trusted team member within a cross-functional, flexible and fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to influence business teams to drive impactful solutions
- Ability to manage projects independently with strong organization skills for successful delivery of results to key stakeholders
