Qualifications
2+ years of experience with creating user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms to solve complex problems
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, including Angular and VueJS
Experience with designing and prototyping with tools, including Sketch, Figma, Axure, Invision, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with collaborating with a cross-functional Agile development team and communicating design concepts to ensure the end result of an intuitive user experience
Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
Experience with establishing and managing branding, style guides, and design systems
Desired Qualifications
Experience with User Experience (UX)
Experience with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including soliciting business requirements, conducting user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interface design, and front-end development
Experience with facilitating user focus groups to validate new features and functions
Experience facilitating workshops and human-centered design sessions
Knowledge of the DoD and the intelligence community (IC)
Human-Centered Design Certification
