Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review, support and implement the marketing plan
Create and distribute marketing materials, ads, and mailings to local neighborhoods, community centers, daycares, etc.
Represent the school at student and staff recruitment fairs
Plan, prepare for, and conduct open houses
Participate in the development of student recruitment and retention plans, strategies, and written materials
Continuously assess student application, enrollment conversion, and attrition data trends to inform enrollment targets and regularly report key data to stakeholders
Generate monthly updates for leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
Communicate regularly with the Human Resources department to align on hiring needs and organizational goals
Work closely with Human Resources to develop creative approaches for addressing recruitment challenges
Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
Manage the staff interview process
Collaborate with school operations team members to manage the student application, lottery and waitlist management platform
Gather and prepare student enrollment information and paperwork (parent handbook, presentation)
Maintain the school’s waiting list for admission and enroll new students in compliance with charter law and other regulations
Plan the student enrollment process, including orientation, interviews and open houses
Create and conduct post-enrollment parent engagement plans
Prepare reports, proposals, and respond to inquiries from students and families
Ensure compliance with student confidentiality laws
Provide support to ensure that all new employees receive the proper onboarding materials

Requirements
Attend the annual Hyde 101 Training
Demonstrated success working in an urban school setting
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
