Compensation:
Transparency is paramount in our compensation structure. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, offering a base salary range of $95,000–$113,000 base, with an annual target bonus.
About The Role
Snappy is looking for an
Integrated Marketing Manager
to own both
field/event marketing
and
digital demand generation . You’ll drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline by leading high-impact events, webinars, and digital campaigns in close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
This role is ideal for a
data-driven marketer
who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution - someone who can balance the details of event logistics with the analytical rigor of forecasting, attribution, and performance optimization.
You Will
Lead end-to-end field marketing programs: trade shows, conferences, and events - owning logistics, vendor management, ROI tracking, and promotion.
Help forecast and plan event calendars and digital activities to ensure alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
Manage and execute webinars, ensuring strong alignment with content, product, and sales teams.
Assist and collaborate with a paid media agency to run multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and pipeline impact.
Support and collaborate with an SEO vendor to help drive organic growth and optimize web performance.
Partner with web/ops teams on CRO testing and site improvements to maximize conversion rates.
Support ABM and integrated campaigns, ensuring proper attribution tracking across systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
Partner closely with Sales team members to ensure programs support pipeline and revenue goals.
You Have
5+ years in field marketing and digital demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to forecast, measure, and optimize campaign and event performance.
Proven ability to forecast, budget, and execute events and campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and ability to track pipeline/revenue impact.
Experience working with and managing external vendors (paid media, SEO, etc.) for execution.
Strong project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau, Posthog, Outreach and webinar platforms (ON24, Zoom, etc.).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment managing multiple projects at once.
Bonus Points For
Experience with ABM strategies, CRO tools
Creative eye
Familiarity with attribution modeling or PLG strategies.
