As our Content & Paid Social Manager, you are the guardian of RED’s multi‑brand identity across all social and paid channels. You’ll receive brand direction and strategic input, and it will be your responsibility to bring that to life consistently across every market and platform. You’ll manage content calendars, post daily, engage with our audience, optimize ad performance, and ensure RED’s brand is executed flawlessly and cohesively in every destination. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to live in the platforms, actively engage our audience, and refine every piece of content for maximum impact. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Operations and supports RED’s broader marketing and destination teams. Your work will impact performance across every brand, campaign, and channel, with a clear north star: increasing bookings and conversion. You Own the Brand in Motion
This is not a purely conceptual role. You are the doer, the executor, the engager, the optimizer, the person who ensures RED’s social presence is live, relevant, and aligned every day. You are in the apps constantly, posting, responding, trend‑watching, and engaging You take direction on brand and campaign priorities and turn them into daily content and performance results You prioritize needs across markets, understand revenue goals, seasonality, and build content schedules accordingly You own the quality, consistency, and tone of everything we put into the social and paid space You execute at a high level and you are relentless in your attention to detail, speed, and standards What You’ll Do
Lead and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X, posting daily, publishing Stories and Reels, and engaging with customers in real time Build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting and retargeting), manage budgets, ROAS, Pixel and CAPI, and run A/B testing Track performance and tie content strategy directly to business outcomes, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and bookings Translate data into creative iteration, using performance insights to improve copy, visual direction, audience targeting, and channel mix Act as day‑to‑day social lead across markets, supporting local campaigns, affiliate initiatives, and concierge‑facing content Coordinate with web and design teams to align landing pages and campaign assets with full‑funnel performance goals Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships with clear deliverables and attribution tracking Support local teams with additional marketing assets, including rack cards, flyers, web updates, and in‑market needs, ensuring consistency of messaging across all digital and print touchpoints Capture and post during real‑time brand moments, including weekends or holidays when needed Travel to RED destinations to capture content, support launches, and gain first‑hand brand knowledge Manage content library systems (such as pics.io) and coordinate with a future content lead or liaison in each destination to fulfill brand and asset needs consistently Qualifications
2 to 4+ years in organic social, content, and paid media (Meta required), ideally for multi‑location or tourism and hospitality brands A proven portfolio of accounts or campaigns you’ve managed, with clear examples of conversion impact and performance metrics Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, GA4, UTMs, and Pixel and CAPI troubleshooting Clear understanding of how content supports the full guest booking journey, from awareness through retargeting, landing pages, and concierge partner tools Skilled in short‑form storytelling and video editing (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut), with experience using TikTok, Reels, and emerging formats Conversion‑focused copywriter who understands tone, urgency, CTAs, and storytelling Strong brand instincts, able to maintain visual and messaging consistency across multiple sub‑brands while elevating RED’s global presence Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, able to create, edit, and QC visual content when needed Organized project manager (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.) with the ability to manage calendars, requests, and creative pipelines across multiple destinations Relentless executor who thrives in the details, actively posting, scheduling, engaging, and refining content daily across platforms Strong writing and review skills with an eye for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment Comfortable working hybrid (minimum 3 days in office) with occasional travel to RED destinations What We Offer
