Are you ready to dive into a multifaceted marketing role that combines strategic vision, creative storytelling, and team leadership? We’re seeking an exceptional Associate Director of Marketing to join our versatile marketing team and make a significant impact in the employee benefits space. As the right‑hand to our Marketing Director, you’ll lead projects, guide a talented team, and drive high‑impact campaigns across diverse business lines.

What You’ll Do

Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and creativity.

Partner with the Marketing Director and senior leadership to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies across multiple verticals.

Oversee project management and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery of marketing initiatives from concept through execution.

Craft persuasive, concise, sales and marketing copy that resonates with our target audiences.

Run digital advertising initiatives by developing, launching, and managing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, META, etc.) – setting budgets, testing creative, monitoring performance, and sharing insights to guide the team.

Work closely with sales, account management, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

8‑10 years of experience in marketing roles, with prior experience in the insurance, employee benefit and/or healthcare industry preferred.

Proven experience managing direct subordinates and projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong writing and editing skills – capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, compelling, and strategic marketing messages.

Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn and META paid campaigns, from setup to reporting.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).

Proficiency with web Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.

Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, HubSpot, MailChimp…) and social media management tools.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
