About The Role Our client in the energy and residential services sector is creating a new Digital Marketing Manager position to build best‑in‑class lead generation from the ground up. You will report to the VP of Marketing and Commercial Strategy and own paid media performance across brands and business units. This is a hands‑on role with direct impact on revenue, CPL, and ROAS.

What you will do

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Social.

Build a testing roadmap for copy, creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.

Configure accurate tracking with GA4 and GTM, including pixels, events, and conversions.

Stand up reporting for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CLTV, and conversion rates using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

Integrate campaigns with CRM and automation tools, primarily Microsoft Dynamics and Zapier, for lead routing and attribution.

Analyze results and deliver actionable budget and channel recommendations.

Scale pilots across multiple locations, brands, and business units as performance justifies.

Partner with an external Google Ads consultant for planning and knowledge transfer.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Creative for assets while owning targeting and performance.

Toolbox Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Microsoft Dynamics, Zapier, Looker Studio or Tableau or Power BI. Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is welcome.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years managing paid media with a track record of ROI improvement.

Deep experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong GA4 and GTM configuration skills.

Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM integrations.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Preferred certifications include Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Blueprint.

SEO familiarity, data visualization tools, and basic HTML or CSS.

Hands‑on practitioner who can set strategy and execute.

Experience bridging B2C and B2B campaigns.
