The Marketing Communications & Merchandising Coordinator supports menu board strategy, merchandising creative and execution for all BK US, supervises national coupon creatives, and manages merchandising agency and menu board vendors. Responsibilities

Support the Sr. Manager in executing national merchandising, including food photography, creative, and execution in alignment with the national calendar. Facilitate cross‑functional alignment among Calendar, Brand Management, Analytics, Operations, Digital, and Content teams. Schedule and manage digital menu board content implementation and serve as the point of contact for field marketing teams. Support national coupons and in‑restaurant initiatives. Work with agencies and vendors to deliver menu board content and other merchandising elements, and maintain digital menu boards. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication, organizational, and project‑management skills. Good time‑management and critical‑thinking abilities, with a knack for problem solving. Ability to build relationships quickly and motivate others. Agency or vendor management experience is a plus.
