Position Summary We are looking for a talented and organized Interior Designer with proven experience in all aspects of high‑end residential design. The ideal candidate will envision and manage parts of a project, taking ownership of tasks such as pricing, vendor correspondence, sourcing, AutoCAD documentation (furniture plans and rendered elevations), client presentation support, and project budget/timeline maintenance.
Primary Responsibilities
Curate and source furniture, lighting, fabrics, and finishes.
Update and maintain detailed furniture plans in AutoCAD.
Create and update rendered elevations in AutoCAD.
Collaborate with Design Managers to prepare client presentations.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and day‑to‑day project needs and expectations, ensuring smooth execution and exceeding client expectations.
Education / Skills / Experience
Professional degree in Interior Design or related field.
5+ years of post‑degree experience in the architecture/interior design industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with high‑end residential projects.
Willingness to travel periodically for projects and to contribute to installations on‑site.
Ability to manage junior team members and communicate effectively with senior staff.
Passionate, self‑motivated, and creative designer with a strong eye for detail.
Benefits Pay range: $80,000 – $115,000. Final salary decisions are based on education, experience, and internal equity and external market factors.
