Danone is searching for an experienced
Graphics Chain Manager
to support optimization of our end‑to‑end packaging artwork processes across our dairy and plant‑based portfolios. Your work will ensure accurate, compliant packaging while setting new standards for design‑to‑shelf operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Act as a key player in implementing and managing Danone’s global design‑to‑print procedure and tools to ensure compliance, increase speed‑to‑market, and drive cost‑savings.
Support change‑management initiatives, driving best‑practice processes aligned with global procedures and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
Enhance packaging artwork development processes by advancing overall graphics chain capabilities within the digital maturity model.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals, delivering innovative and efficient graphics chain solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in graphics chain or packaging artwork management, ideally within the CPG or food/beverage industry.
Expertise in optimizing processes and navigating design‑to‑print workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Project‑level governance of design‑to‑print procedure compliance by internal cross‑functional stakeholders and external suppliers, including printers and plants.
Support with change‑management initiatives to drive design‑to‑print procedure adoption and achieve its objectives.
Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions for packaging artwork issues.
Collaborate with cross‑functional SMEs and external business partners for KPI‑driven optimization of artwork development processes.
Onboard external suppliers, including printers and plants, to design‑to‑print system and processes.
Support with process documentation initiatives and ongoing cross‑functional trainings.

Support with administration of Packaging Artwork Management and Digital Asset Management systems.
Qualifications
5+ years in artwork production management, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
A Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Marketing, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in packaging, project management, or related disciplines is a plus.
Proficiency with packaging design, artwork production, prepress, print techniques, packaging formats and substrates.
Strong understanding of graphics workflows, regulatory requirements, and PMO processes.
Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and relevant software tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, and the resilience to perform well under pressure while managing competing priorities.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and precision in reviewing artwork and managing specifications.

Salary & Benefits Salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 USD per year. The exact salary offered will depend on candidate experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
