Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Junior Architectural Designer is responsible for supporting architectural projects from the initial measurement and verification phase through to the design, submission and approval process. This role involves utilizing AutoCAD software to accurately draw existing and proposed plans based on precise jobsite measurements. Working under the supervision of a Senior Designer and the Principal Architect, the Junior Designer will participate in the design process, submitting plans, responding to comments, and engaging in iterative discussions with clients to solve problems and refine designs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and detailed Drawing
Strong creative and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively on-site and in a team environment
Experience in the architectural industry is a plus
