The Retail Marketing Coordinator serves as the executional backbone of all retail-facing marketing efforts, ensuring seamless rollout of campaigns, promotions, and brand communications across all STIIIZY locations. This role blends creative coordination with operational logistics—bridging corporate marketing strategy with store-level execution. Working cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and creative teams, this person ensures brand consistency, timing accuracy, and campaign effectiveness across multiple channels and regions. While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross‑train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Management
Lead the coordination of integrated marketing campaigns, from planning through post‑campaign reporting.
Align messaging and visuals across digital, print, in‑store, social, and third‑party channels.
Maintain a master calendar for promotions, launches, and campaigns across retail.
Track campaign KPIs and compile reports to assess ROI, reach, and impact.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as the connective tissue between marketing, procurement, operations, retail store teams, and delivery.
Ensure corporate‑level strategy is translated accurately and effectively to store execution.
Coordinate with vendors and agencies on deliverables, timelines, and quality control.
Manage flow of marketing updates to field teams and ensure clarity on campaign logistics.
Creative & Content Production
Oversee creation and distribution of marketing assets, including signage, displays, product visuals, and promotional content.
Manage timelines for photoshoots, graphic design, and video production for in‑store and digital use.
Review and approve content to ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance with cannabis marketing regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to meet campaign needs.
Event & Promotion Logistics
Plan and coordinate retail‑driven events such as store openings, new product drops, pop‑ups, and community activations.
Oversee promotional execution and ensure consistency across retail locations.
Partner with operations teams for in‑store setup and support, aligning logistics with campaign timelines.
Market Insights & Reporting
Compile and analyze campaign performance data, customer feedback, and sales impact.
Conduct local market research and competitor benchmarking to inform future campaign planning.
Manage marketing databases, asset archives, and reporting dashboards to track ongoing performance.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Requirements:
Must be over 21 years of age.
Available for on‑site operations Monday‑Friday.
Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities—not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Willingness and ability to undergo cross‑training in various roles within the department as required.
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight at a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
