We are looking for an experienced and creative
Interior Designer
to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about seamlessly integrating interior design with architecture and working on a variety of project types. You will collaborate directly with our talented team of architects, designers, and clients to create inspiring, functional spaces that reflect the unique character of each project. Responsibilities
Collaborate with our architecture team to develop cohesive interior designs that reflect our commitment to quality and craft and align with the architectural vision for the project. Create and present design concepts, mood boards, interior layouts, furniture arrangements, and detailed material palettes. Source and specify materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes. Produce detailed design documentation. Coordinate with contractors and vendors. Manage client relationships. Provide regular updates to project teams and clients. Stay current on design trends, materials, and sustainable practices. Qualifications
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Interior design experience, preferably including high-end residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred). Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, with a deep appreciation for detail-oriented, custom design work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients. A keen eye for design, a high level of creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with sustainable design principles and materials (preferred). What We Offer
