Lead Technical Recruiter at Talent Groups Role Overview We are seeking a
skilled and collaborative Marketing Copywriter
with
8–10 years of experience
to craft engaging and persuasive content across multiple media platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong writing skills and a proven ability to deliver clear, compelling copy for digital experiences, email campaigns, direct mail, video scripts, and lead-generation initiatives.
A
portfolio presentation
will be required during the interview process, highlighting concept development and content creation.
Basic Qualifications
8–10 years
of experience writing copy for a variety of marketing and communication formats, including:
Web content
Social media
Video scripting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Creative Writing, or related field.
Strong relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and creative software tools.
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities.
Understanding of SEO, web usability, and digital marketing principles.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Able to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Must provide a
portfolio link or work samples
for consideration.
