About The Opportunity This role is responsible for developing strategic product marketing plans for our Corporate Brand/s working closely with key senior stakeholders, regional teams, product, Brand Marketing & PR/Communications, Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, and Sales teams. The role will craft product/solution market‑facing messaging and positioning to drive new customer sales, product adoption, and ultimately retention.
Key focus: manage the process of bringing solutions to market, including crafting positioning and GTM planning with associated activities, ensuring prospects and existing clients fully understand the offerings, and driving demand and usage. The role will also use market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement to understand personas, needs, and buying criteria‑driven roadmap decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Messaging:
Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions.
Sales and Marketing Tools:
Create collateral, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and training materials to communicate the value proposition internally and externally.
Product Launches & High‑Value Releases:
Collaborate with internal teams and external tech partners/suppliers to plan the market launch of new products and high‑value releases and manage the cross‑functional GTM implementation.
Communications:
Work with sales, account management, customer success, training, operations, deployment, enablement, brand marketing, and PR communications teams to broadcast our message across the organization and partner community.
Market Intelligence:
Be the expert on our clients, buyer personas, buying criteria, competition, and how to succeed.
Demand Generation:
Support the brand marketing strategy and programs that generate interest for our solutions in all market segments.
Industry Leadership:
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and webinars where appropriate.
Experience & Qualifications
7+ years experience in mid‑senior product marketing or FCTG product/technology.
Experience in an innovative technology organization or SaaS background preferred.
Strong understanding of the FCTG business model, including product and/or technology areas, is highly valued.
Experience in product lifecycle/customer lifecycle management and new product development methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in customer lifecycle marketing through digital touchpoints and marketing automation.
Experience in new product development, adoption, and growth strategies.
Experience preparing pitches for industry analysts and working with senior stakeholders in a sales/value‑driven environment with sales & AM teams.
Experience in analytics and insights.
Proven ability to track and analyze data.
Experience with customer research methodologies.
Use analytics and insights to identify opportunities and drive business improvements across all channels.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
