Overview Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church with sites in Ohio and Kentucky and an online presence serving thousands outside our physical locations. The Realtime Content Producer helps bring creative ideas to life by shaping immersive visual content that drives the weekend experience. This role works under the guidance of the Wonderwall Executive Producer and in partnership with the Experience Team and outside studios to produce high-quality video and interactive content for a large LED volume, as well as AR/XR projects. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in film production and 3D workflows, with experience collaborating across creative and technical teams to deliver compelling visual stories. This is a highly collaborative yet hands-on production role, focused on innovation and the evolving world of realtime technology. Main Responsibilities Lead the execution of all aspects of realtime video production, including scheduling meetings, budgeting, managing deadlines, and coordinating client feedback to ensure timely delivery Collaborate closely with the Disguise Programmer, Creative teams, and Content department to understand production needs for each project Produce and/or direct projects as needed Experience/Skills Requirements Broad experience in production and post-production processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead the logistical execution of a creative concept from pre-production through post-production, in collaboration with the content integration Calm and decisive under pressure Strong planning and organizational abilities Energized by problem-solving Exceptional attention to detail Proactive in understanding objectives, adaptable in a fluid environment, and effective in problem-solving Excellent time management skills Willing to take direction, while remaining humble, positive, and exercising mature judgment Capable of performing independently with a high standard of excellence Demonstrates a servant leadership mindset with a passion for shared team goals Physical Requirements Must be able to walk up to 5 miles while performing duties, including standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Scheduling/Travel Requirements Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and high-impact events at Crossroads Travel required as needed Crossroads Staff Qualities Mission Oriented: Committed to the Crossroads mission and expectations in the staff “I Promise” document, including using the Bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines, tithing, and pursuing personal purity Availability: Expected to work outside of “normal” schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events, participate in all-staff meetings, day of solitude, offsites, etc. Authenticity: Communicates clearly, directly, and honestly, even under stress, with a sustained positive attitude Personal Leadership: Envisions, energizes, and enables others to operate at full potential Collaborative Self-starter: Thrives as an individual contributor and works well on a team Proactive Problem Solver: Takes initiative to understand departmental objectives, adapts to changing environments, proactively solves problems Humility: Puts others above self and takes ownership of mistakes Learner: Desires growth and learning Flexibility: Able to shift between projects as organizational needs change and balance priorities Crossroads Church is an equal opportunity employer.
