Core Responsibilities Lead the Creative Vision for Social: Define and evolve lululemon’s global social creative direction — from large‑scale campaigns to the everyday moments that build community and culture. Bring Stories and Community to Life: Concept and direct elevated, performance‑driven, and style‑forward content that celebrates our product, people, and purpose. Inspire Through Style: Lead shoots and creative development that fuse design and performance, framing lululemon through a modern lifestyle and movement lens. Build and Shape Culture: Translate trends across sport, fashion, art, and wellness into ideas that resonate deeply with our guests and reflect the world we live in. Mentor and Elevate Talent: Guide a team of designers, writers, and storytellers — fostering collaboration, innovation, and creative excellence. Collaborate Across Functions: Partner closely with Brand, Product, and Community teams to ensure every story connects back to lululemon’s larger narrative with authenticity and intention. Innovate for Impact: Explore emerging platforms and creative technologies to expand how lululemon’s aesthetic, purpose, and point of view come to life. Create Lasting Influence: Build culturally resonant content franchises that strengthen lululemon’s identity as a category creator — distinctive, ownable, and undeniably alive. Qualifications Have a deep background in fashion editorial Know what makes engagement sing in Tik Tok and Instagram and what work is not only channel appropriate but also leading rather than following in the category. A visionary creative leader with deep experience in sport, fashion, and lifestyle — and an editorial eye for what’s next. Equally strategic and instinctual — you balance creative intuition with a clear sense of impact and purpose. Skilled in art direction, visual storytelling, and tone of voice across social and digital platforms. Experienced directing shoots, collaborating with creators, and crafting content that feels human, aspirational, and on brand. Deeply connected to culture, community, and digital trends — with a pulse on where movement, creativity, and design are headed. An inspiring, inclusive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Passionate about purpose‑driven creativity that sparks emotion, builds connection, and moves culture forward. 10+ years of experience in social media, entertainment, or related creative industries. Proven ability to craft editorial and campaign content for fashion and sport, with a strong understanding of brand storytelling. Hands‑on experience producing both high‑concept and lo‑fi, native social content. Strong creative instincts in visual design, photography, motion, and copy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones. Trend fluency: staying ahead of emerging cultural, digital, and creative shifts. Experience in creator and influencer strategy, with an understanding of community‑driven storytelling. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously with precision and creativity. Analytical mindset — able to measure creative impact and apply insights to evolve storytelling strategies. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400-206,600 USD annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
