Prediktive - Latin America, LATAM, United States We are looking for a UX Designer based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Software Development company, based in Los Angeles, CA. Our client’s solution is a mobile-first maintenance management platform that helps teams streamline work orders, track assets, and schedule preventive maintenance, all in one place. The person in this role will play a key part in shaping the future of our client’s product in close partnership with product and engineering teams. Will have the autonomy to enhance processes, tools, and the overall Product Design discipline, while also helping define the function and grow the Product Design team. This role involves creating a seamless and elegant user experience across web and mobile applications, as well as integrating with the industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), machine learning, and analytics platforms. Responsibilities Shape the Product Design function. Understand the strategy, roadmap, current situation, products, and data. Make sure our client has the tools and processes to make them successful as a Product Design function. Integrate into the planning and execution cadence as a vital partner to the other groups. Conduct observations, interviews, and focus group research in the field. Leverage the abundance of data to guide decision-making and designs Test concepts and designs Guide the execution of great design across products, form factors, and teams. Design cohesive experiences that solve user problems. Solicit design feedback from peers, stakeholders, and users, and then iterate based on learnings Collaborate with other designers to scale and maintain a design system. Conduct cross-functional workshops to advance important initiatives. Requirements Advanced Level of English. 5+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer at a high-tech, product-driven company. Proven experience delivering successful customer-oriented and complex yet elegant solutions in a fast-moving environment. Mobile and Web application design experience. Proficient in Figma, Storybook and Jira. Proven experience in driving a user-centered design process and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end features at scale. Expertise in UX flow design, problem-solving, prototyping, and iterating designs from low-fidelity workflows to high-fidelity prototypes. Familiarity with building or contributing to design systems, including experience with reusable components, documentation, and scaling across platforms (web and mobile). Experience or strong interest in designing for AI-first product environments, with a focus on assistive interfaces, automation patterns, or emerging interaction models. Strong product thinking and end-to-end ownership mindset, with the ability to shape solutions, understand problem spaces, and navigate product and engineering trade-offs. Deep understanding of how data can make an experience more powerful without overwhelming the user with information. Provide a strong portfolio that showcases a track record of shipping high-quality visual and interaction design work. Bonus Points Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or related fields.
