Job Description Bella Baby Photography is the premier in-hospital newborn photography company. We help families celebrate new life by capturing their first days together in the hospital creating photos they will cherish for years to come. We are looking for talented and self-motivated photographers to join our team. We provide photographers consistent income throughout the year with commission-based, part-time employment and a flexible schedule, enabling you to continue working on your own photography. Bella Baby has an intensive training and onboarding process. Pre-employment Requirements Background check Drug/Health Screening Current Flu and COVID vaccine status (varies by posting) Requirements Working knowledge of DSLR cameras Portfolios links (IG Handle, Facebook Page); preferably newborn, family or wedding photography Proficiency in Lightroom Laptop for editing (required or willing to purchase) Ability to compose an image (posing, framing, white balance, off-camera flash) Direction skills to make clients comfortable, friendly patient demeanor Strong communication and excellent time management Background in sales a plus Why Bella?
