What You’ll Do
Own the strategic and operational components of BCG’s event studio initiatives, translating event goals and sponsor priorities into clear, actionable content strategies and run‑of‑show plans.
Design and implement workflows that streamline planning, production, and post‑production across multiple events, ensuring speed, consistency, and brand excellence.
Lead on‑site event studio operations, coordinating production crews, managing shoot logistics, preparing interviewers, and coaching senior and external talent for on‑camera success.
Oversee post‑production, including review cycles, final and social edits, and collaboration with channel leads to maximize amplification.
Build and optimize scalable systems and tools (e.g., Wrike, Trello, AI‑assisted tools) to enhance collaboration and efficiency across internal and external teams.
Maintain performance tracking frameworks, producing quarterly and annual retros to identify improvement opportunities and inform future strategy.
Communicate clearly and diplomatically with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams, thriving in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
Take initiative, solve problems proactively, and maintain composure under pressure during live or high‑stakes productions.
What You’ll Bring
~7–10+ years in content/production with significant on‑site producing at major events, and a portfolio of executive interviews and event‑driven content that performed across owned/social channels.
Proficiency with project‑management tools (Wrike, Trello), AI‑assisted writing/QA, Microsoft 365, and common production tooling (Frame.io). Vendor management experience and familiarity with multi‑camera/lights/audio fundamentals are a plus.
Strong analytical skills using dashboards to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this role in Boston is $109,000.00 – $133,000.00. Compensation also includes an annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contributions, and a market‑leading benefits package.
