* Lead planning and execution of video, photo, and multimedia productions across campaigns, social content, and brand storytelling.* Oversee all stages of production, including pre-production (casting, location scouting, scheduling, product sourcing), on-set execution, and post-production (editing, sound, graphics, creative reviews and final delivery).* Manage on-set production to maintain creative direction, brand integrity, safety protocols, and efficiency.* Source, negotiate, and oversee external vendors, freelancers, and production partners.* Ability to travel within the U.S. on an as-needed basis to support video production.* Support team development by mentoring junior producers or coordinators.* Assist in evaluating and onboarding new production vendors and technologies.* Contribute to creative brainstorming and pre-visualization of content.* Execute Company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.* Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.* Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.* 6+ Years Production experience at an agency or production house.* Experience managing video, photo, or multimedia productions from concept through delivery, required.* Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships, required.* Strong project management and organizational skills.* Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts.* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage teams and partners under tight deadlines.* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.* Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.* High attention to detail and quality standards.* Production workflows (pre-production, production, and post-production): High* Adobe Creative Suite and Apple Final Cut Studio: High* Video, photo, and multimedia production processes: High* Production tools, equipment, and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut): High* Social and digital content formats and requirements: Medium* Rights management, contracts, and licensing in production environments: Medium #J-18808-Ljbffr
