- Develop eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
- Ensure all learning materials align with brand and accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
- Review and update existing presentations and learning assets for visual clarity, instructional flow, and learner impact.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through innovation, learner feedback, and data-driven design updates.
- Stay informed on trends and emerging technologies in instructional design, presentation design, and digital learning.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools for visual and video design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaborative workflow tools.
