What You’ll Do

  • Lead coordination and preparation of proposals, working directly with technical staff.
  • Write and edit proposal content, marketing collateral materials, and award submittals. Provide occasional support for client interviews.

What You’ll Bring

  • A relevant bachelor level degree and professional writing skills.
  • Expert-level editorial, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating within a network environment.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Loopio, OpenAsset, and Vantage Point is a plus.
  • Experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑intensive, deadline‑driven environment with staff members of all levels.
  • A team player who is detail‑oriented and able to work quickly and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary

Salary Range: $70,000 – 85,000.
