Responsibilities

  • Define and champion a long‑term, business‑level product vision for omnichannel activation and ensure alignment with overarching business strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and driving organizational change while communicating business impact, client value, and ROI.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end platform development across multiple workstreams, prioritizing API‑first, scale‑engineered solutions that integrate seamlessly with adtech and martech ecosystems.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a large team of product directors and managers; establish best practices, attract top talent, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive culture.
  • Drive research and analysis across media, adtech, and omnichannel activation trends; translate industry shifts and consumer behavior into actionable platform strategy.
  • Promote a data‑driven culture, leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategy, measure performance, and iterate rapidly across portfolios.
  • Champion innovation in media and adtech, ensuring products are designed for API‑first extensibility and agentic interaction to advance the organization’s leadership position.
  • Partner closely with commercial, technical, and platform leaders to align resources and integrate omnichannel activation at scale into client solutions.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in media, adtech, and omnichannel platform development, navigating complex partner ecosystems to deliver seamless, user‑friendly media buying and activation experiences.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • 10–15+ years of product management experience, including leading large‑scale organizations with directors and senior leaders.
  • Expertise in media and adtech platforms, with a record of delivering scalable, innovative omnichannel solutions.
  • Proven success building and scaling API‑first platforms with agentic interaction capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills; advanced problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to plan and execute across multiple portfolios while navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate between business, technical, and media/adtech domains.
  • Technical acumen to lead advanced platform development, including APIs, integrations, and media activation solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).

Pay Transparency and Benefits

The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.
