Key Responsibilities
- Deep technical mastery of hardware, firmware, and programming environments for Poly, Cisco, Logitech, Crestron, Biamp, and Q‑SYS configuration, control code debugging, and API integration.
- Expertise in platform‑specific deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Cisco WebEx.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert for the full vulnerability management lifecycle for UC systems, including UC Room software, Crestron, Q‑SYS, DSPs, MTR, and Zoom Room devices.
Key Requirements & Technology Experience
- 3‑5 years of Tier 3 support for complex, integrated AV/UC systems.
- Expert knowledge of major UC applications and endpoints: Microsoft Teams Rooms, WebEx, Zoom Rooms, including Windows/Android OS and application logs.
- Experience configuring and managing Windows and Android‑based UC rooms and standard video‑conferencing hardware (Poly, Cisco, Logitech).
- Networking fundamentals: IP networking, QoS, VLANs, and security protocols.
- Systematic problem‑solving: translate security report findings into clear remediation plans.
- Security‑first mindset and proactive approach to platform design and operational maintenance.
- Automated scripting to eliminate manual effort.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with IT Security, Network Engineering, and UC Operations teams.
